- ameilio carlos Added December 12, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rude staff who gaslight tenants with attitude, they ignore your emails and also don’t ever action maintenance requests! highly do not recommend. jennifer in particular has an attitude problem attacking tenants verbally, Should look into training your staff better. Could of breached the real estate countless times during tenancy especially for maintenance issues going months not looked into, but I chose not to out of the kindness of my heart, a heart these agents do not have.

Jennifer in particular has no understanding of what customer service means ; she is rude and unprofessional in all areas of property management. She really needs to be let go from the business as she is ruining the reputation for the rest of the staff. The sales agents are money hungry and don’t care about their legal responsibilities to their clients!
